Tourism is the future for the largest country in the Caribbean.
In the last few years there were several openings of new hotels, but mainly in the principal tourist zones on the beaches and in the city of Havana. There is a big lack of touristic infrastructure on the whole inland. If the travel ban will be waived by the US authorities in the next one to two years – as there are already speculations about – there will be a massive increase of US tourists. Therefore high increases in hotel and infrastructure capacities will be necessary. In cooperation with an architect a feasibility study has been done how the village of Hershey could be profiting from the tourism of the future with the following criteria:

Search for ideal locations and objects

Evaluation of a hotel concept in an historical site
|
|
|
Prepare a presentation for the ordering party inclusive of basic calculations and renderings
